Audi TT MK3 FV/8S – Apple Car Play & Android Auto Activation

Depending on the age of your Audi TT MK3 (8S/FV), we can activate the Genuine OEM Apple CarPlay and Android Auto function within your existing MMI system with a wired connection from the USB ports. This is native Audi functionality and not a third-party interface or external add-on.

In most cases, the process involves updating your MMI system to the latest (and final) software for the car. Where applicable, the Virtual Cockpit may also require an update to ensure full compatibility. Once the system is updated, we can enable Apple CarPlay and Android Auto directly within the factory MMI.

• Note: This is a "Wired" connection for Apple Car Play and Android Auto. We recommend the use the genuine phone manufacture's USB cable for best connectivity.
• It is possible to have wireless functionality, but you must purchase a separate 3rd party usb wireless adaptor. There are plenty online to choose from.
