S/Q7 4M (Pre-Facelift) – OEM Electric Swivel Towbar (with Trailer Assist)

This Genuine OEM Electric Swivel Towbar retrofit for the Audi Q7 and SQ7 4M Pre-Facelift (2015–2019) provides full factory-style towing capability with the convenience of a fully integrated electrically deployable towbar system.

When not in use, the towbar remains completely hidden behind the rear bumper, maintaining the clean factory appearance of the vehicle. When required, the towbar can be deployed automatically at the press of a button located within the luggage compartment, folding out and locking securely into position for towing use.

The retrofit includes a standard 13-pin electrical connector to support trailer lighting and towing functionality, with full OEM integration and vehicle coding carried out in line with factory specifications.

In addition, the retrofit enables the Genuine Audi Trailer Assist system within the MMI. This feature assists with reversing while towing by helping to control the direction of the trailer safely and accurately, while also reducing the risk of jack-knife situations during manoeuvring.

As part of the installation process, the retrofit is officially registered against the vehicle within the Audi factory database so it is recognised as a genuine factory-installed option.
